Condition:  A very good + condition green cloth hard cover with the title on the spine and title and author's name on the front cover. A new facsimile copy (reproduction) of a first edition $4.50 priced dust jacket in a removable plastic sleeve is included.  The covers are bright with some age toning to the edges.  The corners are sharp with just a light bump to the rear lower point.  The top and bottom edges of the spine are from from any wear or fraying.  The is some faint spotting on the spine.  The binding is square and solid. The front and back inside hinges are free from any cracking.  There are no signs of former ownership inside.  The pages are all clear and free from tears.   Book size is 6 inches wide by 8.75 inches tall, 602 pages.  The first edition typo "bite" on page 281 is present (see pic).  Line is highlighted in picture only not in book.  Reminder the dust jacket is a "new copy" of an original first edition dust jacket and not the original jacket.
