Condition: All most new, brown full leather volume with gold decorations on front and back covers and title in gold on the spine. All of the gold print and decorations are bright and sharp. Standard Franklin Library quality with full leather cover, cloth end pages, gold (gilt) page edges and a cloth page marker. All of the corners are sharp and bump free. The gold page edges are bright with some minor dulling on the bottom edge. There are no signs of former ownership inside. There are several full page b&w illustrations and maps throughout. Book size is 6.25 by 9 inches tall, 556 pages including index.
